3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused: Products must not have been consumed or used
In Original Condition: Products must be in the same condition as received
Complete: All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included

3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and safety regulations for food supplements, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or unsealed products
Products that have been used or partially consumed
Products with damaged or missing packaging
Products that have been tampered with

This exclusion is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

Ship the Product: Return the product within 14 days of receiving authorization

4.2 Packaging Your Return

Please ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend:

Using the original packaging when possible
Using a sturdy outer box
Including adequate padding material
Clearly marking the return authorization number on the package

You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us, unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong product shipped or defective item).

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

For damaged or defective products, we will:

7. Incorrect Orders
